We supply fertile eggs of the following breeds; Kuroiler, Rainbow Roster, KARI Improved Kienyeji, Sasso and Kenbro.
- These are the first generation (F1) offspring. The chicks inherit both the resilience of the Kienyeji and the enhanced productivity of the commercial breeds.
- Kienyeji improved chicken have faster growth, better feed conversion, increased egg production, and better disease resistance than pure Kienyeji breeds.
- Hatching Success: The hatching rate of Kienyeji fertile eggs can vary depending on proper handling, transportation, storage, and incubation. - Incubation: The same general rules of incubation apply to Kienyeji fertile eggs. However, the incubation time is typically 21 days under optimal conditions. When you buy and transport the eggs to your hatchery, you will need to let the eggs settle for 12 – 24hrs before placing them in the incubator or under a broody chicken.
